Offer and contractual obligation
After contacting us, our supervisors will visit the site and conduct an inspection of the building or staircase. In consultation with the representative, a cleaning proposal is prepared based on the requested items, which we deliver either in person or via email. Once you accept the offer, we conclude a cleaning contract in three copies (one for the building, one for the manager, and one for the contractor). When signing the contract, the representative hands over a copy of the keys to the entrance doors and the material room. Our company collaborates with all building managers.
Cleaning schedule
After signing the building maintenance contract, the first step is general and detailed cleaning, followed by regular maintenance cleaning. The cleaner comes every week on the same day or twice a month, depending on the cleaning schedule chosen by the residents. Whether you need daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning, we will adapt to your requirements to ensure that the staircase is cleaned exactly as you want it.
Staircase cleaning description
The first step involves removing accumulated cobwebs from the walls, followed by thorough sweeping of the staircase, additional rooms, attic or basement areas, and sweeping the external perimeter of the building, i.e., in front of the entrance hall.
Afterwards, the cleaner washes the staircase from top to bottom, changing the water in the process. During each visit, handrails, light switches, and entrance door handles are wiped with a damp cloth and disinfectant. If the building has a lift, it is regularly maintained with suitable products, ensuring that no debris accumulates in the lift grooves. Fire extinguishers and other parts of the staircase that do not require weekly cleaning are maintained once a month. Windows with frames are washed four times a year, or as needed or requested by residents, often before holidays (March, June, September, December).
Each building is specific, so we are able to accommodate all requests from the representative and co-owners.
Equipment and cleaning supplies
During staircase cleaning services, our staff use high-quality equipment and environmentally friendly products to ensure thorough cleaning of all parts of your staircase, including steps, handrails, floors, and walls. We provide all the equipment and cleaning supplies as the contractor. If possible, a small room should be provided for the staff to store cleaning supplies and equipment, ideally with access to water. All equipment and cleaning supplies are included in the price.
