1. Fleksibile work hours
Regardless of whether you are a seasonal or permanent employee, we can adjust the work schedule to fit your availability. In cleaning jobs, there is no rigidly defined work hours except when cleaning apartments and villas. Our office hours are from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00, or by arrangement.
2. Regular payments
Salaries for all our employees are paid by the 10th of the month for the previous month’s work. Regular payments are crucial for the satisfaction of every employee.
3. Transportation provided
The company provides transportation to the workplace for all our employees, covering travel expenses or providing a company vehicle. Candidates with a driver’s license are preferred during hiring.

The starting net salary for full-time employment at Lotus Group starts from €800.00, with additional agreed-upon salary supplements.
